My Favorite Bullet Journal Supplies

I’ve had many people and Bullet Journalists ask me what supplies I use for journaling. I don’t have too many supplies because I’m really happy with the pens and the journal I have.

But as many of you may be just starting to use the Bullet Journal concept I also want to give you some recommendations for great supplies to start journaling,

Here are some of my personal favorite tools and some recommendations if you have different preferences than I do.

Notebooks & Journals

Leuchtturm 1917

I use this black Leuchtturm 1917 as my Bullet Journal. It has a dotted grid and the size is A5. This notebook is very durable and I love the paper thickness.

Moleskine

A slightly different notebook which is also loved by many people is the Moleskine notebook. This one is in size large and also has a dotted grid. Also I really love this beige color.

Rhodia

This notebook is also one of my favorites. The soft, leather cover makes it very light so you can carry it around wherever you’re going. Works perfect as a Travelers Notebook too.

Coloured Pens

Tombow Dual Brush

My all time favorite brushpens are these pastel Tombow Dual Brush Pens. They are perfect for Handlettering and adding some color to your journal. They are a little pricy but the quality of these pens makes it all worth it.

Zebra Mildliner

These pens got a lot of attention lately and I had to get them. You can buy three different packs (or all three of them at once). The colors are very light and they are perfect, simple highlighters for you journal pages and notes.

Stabilo Pen 68

I’ve been using these pens during my whole school life and I’m still using them. The quality of these pens is incredible, they are definitely a Must-Have.
